 It was a really cute and fun game. im personally not good at them but its fun! my only critique was about the ball speed how it got faster and faster then (im guessing at "max speed") reset to its slowest speed vs just staying at max speed so it was more challenging to predict where it would end up

UPDATE:

Upgrade Capsules now drop when the Ball hits the Brick, allowing you to try to Catch the Upgrade, and choose which upgrades you want. (Or Don't Want).

Additionally, Changed BALL from CharacterBody2d to Rigid Body 2d using impulses, which should significantly reduce the "Ball Alarm" (As Fatal would put it), or Potentially get rid of it entirely.

Dumb kind of game. But you made it so fun! Didn't think I'd play for as long as I did. Nice work!

Really fun, and I like the early addition of different game modes to spice up playtime. Can’t wait to see more!

Additional Game Modes Added:

  • Junkyard: All Block types are strewn out on the map
  • Gridlock: Most blocks are Barrier Blocks (Size 1) and their difficulty increases with each cleared level

Brick objects consolidated to single Brick Object that is editable. Will update Pre-Made Levels by next update to reflect this change. Default Brick option is same as the base brick *was*, and other bricks still in game so the game still works as intended.

Additionally: UI Has been updated. Slightly smaller Game field width to allow for UI Elements in Right side.
